University of Arkansas at Little Rock
Learn how schools can implement a comprehensive literacy model as a
response to intervention (RTI) approach, including Reading Recovery in
first grade, K–5 literacy groups, and classroom interventions. A
framework and a process are presented for implementing and assessing
the RTI approach. The framework can be used as a tool for studying the
effectiveness of a school’s comprehensive intervention program and
creating a plan of action for improvement.
