Description:
To direct the implementation and improvement of K-12 Literacy
Development and Support programs in the Green Bay Schools and to
utilize federal funding opportunities to the maximum benefit of
targeted populations.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Educational Administration or Related field
or Specialist certification.
- Certified as a Supervisor/Coordinator/Director of Instruction and
Reading Specialist
- Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience or its
approved equivalency.
- Minimum of 3 years successful administrative experience in
literacy development and/or support programs.
- Knowledge of current trends in standards, curriculum development,
instructional techniques, literacy and related staff development.
- Training and experience in supervision and evaluation.
For the 2007-08 school year, the salary range was $88,113 to
$102,457 for this 12-month position.
